Just had a great dinner at the Crows Nest situated above the Wheel House restaurant. Good food and a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the harbor. Tobias was the perfect server and just as nice. Highly recommended.
I went there with my wife today for dinner after site seeing around this cool town. I had the halibut with lime and herb and my wife had rock fish blackened. This was by far the best fish I have had in a long time. The house wine was really good too. The service was awesome. We had a young lady that was full of smiles. We had to finish up with the peanut butter pie. It was delicious. Not to sweet but very creamy. We wished we were staying in town a few more days so we could go back there. I highly recommend this place.
This is my go-to restaurant when I am on the Southern Oregon Coast. I have only tried the Halibut Fish n' Chips and they are worth the 500 miles I drove to get there! The Halibut is cooked perfectly, no greasy battered fish here. Light and fluffy with crispy fries and your choice of tartar sauce and/or vinegar. The side of coleslaw is simple and not overdressed. I haven't tried the desserts, but they look mouth watering, freshly made on the premises. Highly recommended.
We had dinner while traveling at this restaurant. The service was impeccable. The food was wonderful. The prices were very reasonable. The ambiance was great and interesting. I had a Crab Louis loaded with large chunks of dungeness crab. A great meal!
